Price and that's all! Actually the cleaning lady also, she was polite and always nice.
The room was so quit, so clean with an inner courtyard view, it was comfortable to stay there, perfect to get up late in the morning and even to work. The location is in a historic district, and that's a particular value, you can see, how do local people live.

Good location, nice breakfast. For staining for 1-2 nights it’s ok.
It's a few steps from the central station, which was very convenient for us, but if you're interested in the historic centre, you'll have to use public transport (or walk a lot). The whole place is rather new and well equipped (but the decoration is a bit exaggerated). We had to leave early in the morning, so we didn't have time to have breakfast, which everyone here says is very nice. Given the satisfying overall experience, I think it may be true ;)
The price is fair. The staff is very kind, and the breakfast is very good.

The breakfast was ok. The best part of the BnB was the location, near Garibaldi Station, that gets fast acces to metro, train and bus.
